At the March 25 Board of Education meeting, the Board proudly honored Bayport-Blue Point High School's own Sophia M. for her victory as the New York State Champion in the 1000 meter run. The celebration continued as the Board applauded the incredible talent of students who participated in prestigious musical festivals, including LISFA, NYSSMA, NYSCAME, and SCMEA.
