This award is given for outstanding leadership, fitness, citizenship and excellence in health and physical education. Recipients of the award were selected based on the following criteria:

Recipients exhibited responsibility for their personal and social behavior that respects self and others. These students recognize the value of physical, social and emotional health as it pertains to overall wellness.
