Dear Academy Street Students and Families,

Welcome to Academy Street Elementary School, where our students are at the heart of everything we do! We are located south of Montauk Highway in Bayport, NY and have 315 students, Kindergarten through 5th Grade. The Academy Street School is committed to partnering with students, faculty, staff, and families, to ensure that all members of the learning community are an integral part of the educational process. 

At Academy Street, our focus remains on creating a safe, supportive, and academically challenging environment. We are committed to helping each child realize their full potential by fostering curiosity, creativity, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility. We will continue to encourage students to think critically, collaborate, and take an active role in their education as they engage in activities that allow them to share their ideas and contribute in authentic ways to our school community.
